Getting started
- Open the Houses menu and claim any free house – unclaimed lots are free to pick, and you can move whenever you like (VIP removes the move cooldown).
- Use Build Mode (hammer icon) to place furniture, change wall colors and floors. Your edits reset when you leave unless you own a private server with prop saving.
- Spawn free cars, bikes, boats and horses from the Vehicles menu. Parked cars around town can be driven by anyone.
- Change your avatar for free in the Avatar menu (body, face, hair, clothes, accessories, animations) and save outfits to switch quickly.
- There is no money to earn – roleplay is up to you: family, school, police, hospital, prison and more.
Which game pass to buy first
- Premium (320 Robux) is the best-value starter: Premium homes, the helicopter, jet and house pools.
- Vehicle Upgrade (35 Robux) and Horse Upgrade (85 Robux) are the cheapest upgrades if you just want faster rides or new horses.
- VIP (749 Robux) is the big all-in-one pass with 100+ items and two vehicles at once.
- Music Unlocked (199 Robux) is the only way to play music now – custom music ID codes no longer work.
Private server perks
- Save props, play music and send announcements to the whole server
- Remove or lock props, check who owns a prop, set admins, kick or temp-ban players
- Control the day of the week, time, weather, lighting and time speed, plus server themes
- No wait when changing houses, spawn up to three vehicles, higher prop limit and freecam on PC (Shift+P)
Updates
- Brookhaven updates every Friday, usually around 2:00 PM ET, with a featured weekly event or feature.
- Seasonal events (Easter egg hunts, Halloween candy corn hunts, Winter Festival) give free event houses and vehicles for a limited time.
